Our beef is priced per pound hanging weight (paid to Cimarron River Farms) plus processing costs (paid to Country Home Meats Co.)  The total cost of our 100% grass-fed, 100% grass finished beef is as follows:

        Whole Beef                $3,600 - $4,400

        Half Beef                     $1,800 - $2,200

        Quarter Beef             $900 - $1,100
